For security reasons, our robot does not currently support the export of mnemonic phrases or private keys. In order to ensure the security of your property, it is strongly recommended that you remember your account mnemonic phrase and security password and back them up in a safe place. If you forget the mnemonic phrase, you can use the transfer method to transfer the assets of the robot wallet to other wallets. The robot trading fee adopts gradient charging, with a base of 1%. The fee is reduced to a maximum of 0.765% depending on the invitation status and transaction volume. For detailed rules, please refer to .
Transactions can fail for a variety of reasons:
Slippage: If the slippage is too low, it is because the token price fluctuates too much and too fast, and the slippage of the transaction setting is low. It is recommended to increase the slippage of transactions in new projects or projects with high popularity to avoid missing the right buying opportunity due to failed transactions. When sniping tokens, you may need to set a higher slippage (more than 50%) than regular trading to cope with the violent fluctuations in currency prices at the moment of opening.
Insufficient funds in the account: If you are prompted that there are insufficient funds, please check whether the amount of trading tokens in the account is sufficient. When trading, in addition to sufficient trading tokens, you also need to prepare additional main currency funds as gas fees in your wallet. Please keep a certain amount of main currency in your account to pay gas fees.
Token mechanism: You may have traded an unsafe token, preventing normal transactions. It is recommended that before trading, click the Security Check link on the token sniper or swap page, check the token contract detection report, and make sure the token is safe before proceeding with the transaction.
When the hot disk or blockchain network is congested, your transaction may be delayed in being packaged and produced by the node due to the gas setting being too low, or the packet may be lost, causing the transaction to time out. You can query the on-chain status on the blockchain browser through the timeout transaction hash returned by the robot.
After successfully transferring the tokens, you can check whether your receiving address is correct by querying the transaction hash on your browser. We have encountered problems with users reporting that most of their accounts are not being paid. This is because a pirated version of Telegram is installed and the receiving address is tampered with and replaced on the clipboard or in the background. To do this we recommend that you:
Download and install the genuine Telegram software from the Telegram official website. Do not use AveSniperBot on other green or third-party versions of Telegram.
When transferring money, please confirm that the address entered or pasted is correct. In the last step of the transfer, please check the transfer details carefully.
After the transfer is completed, please verify the transaction content in the browser through the transaction Hash of the transfer.
